I utilize evidence-based practices including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. I also utilize Progressive Counting Techniques. These tools help provide a supportive and effective framework for growth, healing and achieving lasting change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way."

My name is Sheila Collins and I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I am a licensed clinical social worker and board certified behavior analyst. I work with all ages, and people from all walks of life.
